Vegas Strip Casino isn't able to pay my Winnings

I am writing this complaint because I am concerned about my payouts. In total, I am owed just over $25k - with the majority of the requests being roughly 3 months old. Here are the exact payout amounts and request dates:

5/12 = $2,500 + $2,097.36

5/22 = $2,120.95

5/23 = $2,500 + $2,097.33

5/24 = $2,500 + $2,100.60

8/20 = $2,500 + $2,500 + $2,500 + $2,212.67

I have contacted live chat several times in regards to the original string of payout requests. Each time, I was assured by the representative that an approval was near. Unfortunately, although I provided all of the necessary identity checks as well as a fresh Bitcoin address, there was not even a single approval. I now feel it is necessary to submit this complaint in order to receive all of these withdrawals. Please let me know if any further information is required. I will be sure to reply promptly.

Hello. I am submitting this complaint in regards to a withdrawal request of $2.5k dating back to June 20th. It seems to have been approved, but unfortunately I have never received a payout. There is another withdrawal request of approximately $2.2k that has been stuck in pending since July 27th. I have asked for escalations on both of these, but nothing has moved. In addition, I went ahead and requested the remaining balance of $2.5k today. If these payouts can be made in the coming days, I would truly appreciate it. I registered at this casino 20/11/22 and received no deposit free chip bonus. At first live chat was perfectly working then when I was near completing the wager requirement, I was going to use the live chat to ask about verification process but live chat was not working already (blocked me)

I logged out and had a hard time to re-log in so decided to email them to say that I can’t log in but they blocked the email that I registered.

So with no verification I tried to withdraw the funds, and was declined twice.

They blocked me on chat and email. How am I suppose to verify my account and withdraw the funds. I know it is a small ammount ($100) of money but I want them to stop doing this things to players.

I am submitting this complaint in regards to the $5,000 that was originally requested on May 18th. I have followed up with live chat a number of times and was told that an approval would be on the way. Unfortunately, it still has yet to move past the approval stage. I went ahead and withdrew another $2,500 to be sure that my documents are in order (otherwise the withdrawal request would have been blocked). This, as well as the original payout requests from May, are shown in the screenshot provided.

I made 2 withdrawal requests from Vegas Strip on June 13. I had been receiving payouts from sister casinos for weeks before that so I know my wire information was correct. They subsequently denied me the withdrawals 3 times for 'payout information needing updating' (i.e. a 6-week stall) Finally on 8/12 they approved a partial on one of the requests. I still have not received it and when I do a chat to ask if it has even been sent to the processor yet, they can't answer.

How do they expect people to play when you literally have to beg them to follow their own withdrawal terms for weeks/months on end?

I am submitting this complaint in regards to three withdrawals with a sum total of approximately $7,500 - the first of which has been pending since December, with the other two requested in February. I have made sure to email necessary information and have submitted my documentation via the HooYu confirmation. Also, I followed up with the chat service a number of times and was told each time that an approval would be coming shortly - but unfortunately, this has still not happened. I requested $2,500 from the Vegas Strip casino on February 17th. It has been almost 8 months and still no payment. I have been told several times by live chat to remain patient, but can not do it any longer. My documents have been submitted as well as the bitcoin address (which has been confirmed with customer service) - so this is not an issue of not completing the proper steps before the withdrawal. I received case number # 8819115 via email and it obviously made no difference. Screenshots from emails are attached to prove it. I would like an answer as soon as possible and moreover, to receive what I am owed.
