Delayed Payment Vegas Strip Casino


I made a deposit of $40 on July 28, 2021 and accepted a 320% deposit bonus of $128, the same day, for a total casino account balance of $168.00. I completed the play through and requested a withdrawal on August 2, 2021, in the amount of $435.00. My payout would be for $400, with wire transfer fee of $35. According to Vegas Strip Casino T&C’s, it would take up to 7 business days to process my withdrawal and payout would take 7-10 days after approval. I verified that they had all the required documents and my bank account information the same day I requested my withdrawal, via live chat. It has been 14 business days and my withdrawal still hasn’t been reviewed and processed. I have been on live chat twice and sent an email requesting an update. All I’m ever told is that they are busy processing other payments and they’ll get to me ASAP. “Don’t worry, it will be processed as soon as possible”, “we’ll escalate this, please wait up to 5 business days for a response”. “We appreciate your patience “, etc., etc. Can you please help me in getting my withdrawal? I will never play at this casino, or their affiliates, again. As soon as I receive my withdrawal and it clears my bank account, I’m closing my casino account with Vegas Strip Casino. Thank you 🙏 so much.

I’m considering my last complaint about Vegas Strip Casino closed as of today, August 31, 2021. The amount of $291.01 was less than I thought I was owed but I’m good with what Vegas Strip Casino paid me. I may have been wrong about having deducted the bonus amount. Please consider this complaint resolved. And, as always, thank you so much for your assistance. Paula Amodeo

I received a check for $291.01, however, the amount should have been for 400.00, after $35 processing fee. I’ve sent in a reply to Vegas Strip advising that they shorted me. Just waiting on their response.
