Silver Oak Casino - Still waiting for $4500 cashed out in Jan 2016

I made two cash outs. First one on January 16 for $2500 and the second one on January 17th for $2000. I have not been paid for either of these cash outs as of today.
I have called and they state they are within the correct time frame. However, Today, 3/3/2016, they stated, they could now escalate the first cash out because it is past the allotted time frame. I just want to be paid for both of these soon.
They state that I will be paid, just they dont know when "the processors" will be sending to my bank.
I do not know the status of my second cash out, as they must first finish the first cash out. Please help with these cash outs!!!

I had an email from Ally on February 25th stating my payment was sent to the processors in 2/17 for my first cash out. And they gave the usually 7-10 business days to post to my account. On March 2nd, she did respond to an email from myself, as that was the 10th business day and per her email should have posted on 3/2/2016. Still did not post by Friday and no more responses from Ally. I am beginning to doubt I will ever be paid. No word at all on my second cash out either....

Please help resolve this issue.

I see Tawni has responded to a few other cases and then they resolve....but she does not respond to my complaint. They are very fast to accept your money but will not pay very quickly. I hope they do pay me. I am trying to buy a house now and really could use that money

I apologize both for my delay in response and with your payments. We’ve experienced quite a backlog and while trying to get everything caught up, I’m doing my best to respond to everyone.

As to your payment, I do see that your first payment went out and if you’ve not yet received it, I’m certain it should hit your bank in the next day or so.

The second payment is being sent off tomorrow, so that should follow suit, accordingly.

I give you my word that I will continue to monitor this and give updates.

I can see that your first wire was confirmed as received by your bank. As to the second wire, I believe you should receive this by Friday at the latest (if you've not yet received it).

Actually, the second cash out for $2000 has been paid. I am still pending the $2500 cash out. Last email I received say it should post by March 15th. I'll believe it when I get it. So, will know by this Tuesday.

We are getting closer, but still do not have my complete cash out. I have been paid $2000 x 2 but still short $500.
The VIP hosts at this casino are so rude and do not assist customers with complaints. They had only one who actually assisted clients but they let him go. His name is Sebastian. Marty and Carla are always very in helpful. Ally usually does not reply to emails very quickly either.
Please let me know when I will be receiving the $480 that this casino still owes.
