On middle of June 2014 I had created a account with Grand Parker casino from a email invitation. After registered a account I got a $40 free chip for play. I played long times and had managed to withdraw $200 after met 40X play through. An account manager had contacted with me and instructed the procedures like sending my photo id,utilities,faxback form along with $21 deposit which I had done accordingly within 3 days. Well, I got a email from finance department on 3rd July saying my faxback had been approved and I could make a request for withdraw 221. I have attached those proves... On same day I had requested a withdraw of $221. After 2 weeks waited I got a another email from them which stated that my account had been selected a random security check and I have to wait 60 business days.In the mean time I had played again but finally I had stopped at $150. Now according to their time frames it had been more than 2 and half months which means 77 days or 60 business days passed already.But they still today didn't process my withdraw $150. Their support staffs are unprofessional and knows absolutely nothing. Please askgamblers,I need your help.Thank you.

3 months for partial payment/removed money from my account

Won $3000 in Oct/Nov 2014. First $3000 approved said they would deposit into my bank account. Several weeks later say they are going to use this click turbine method and will deposit two $1500 withdrawals. Then story changed again and delay continues. Received first 1000 month + later. Then I go to withdrawal second $1500 as directed - the manager removed $832 from my account, taking some money I was playing with plus $500. I have never had money removed from my online accounts before. So this made no sense to me - no answer as to why. Received $1000 at about the 3 month mark. Now put in for the remaining $500 (that should be $1000) and now they are playing another game about not having right bank account. Previous payments were by click turbine. At this point I have given up. There are quick to take your deposits but fail to pay out properly. Manager withdrawal from my account because they don't want to pay out. And their bonus - I had to play 40x the bonus before I could claim a win. I did that which took days. This casino won't answer this, but I want others to know. I am fine for them to close and cancel my account.

Not paying, now 7 months !!

I had a win and was paid some of it but then in June 2014 I got an email about security checks that said the following `We would like to inform you that your withdrawal request was not approved at this time. Your account was randomly chosen for a security check and you will be notified by email once your account review is over. This process might take up to 60 business days` I have sent several emails and been on chat with no response, when I try to make a withdrawal it gets denied. Its now 149 business days, thats unacceptable Julia

Does not want to pay my 1000EUR I won

I played in Grand Parker Casino and won 1000 EUR and when I submit a request for the withdrawal, after 10 business days they replied that your withdrawal request was not approved at this time because your account has been randomly chosen for a security check and you will be notified by email once your account review is over. This process might take up to 60 business days.

"Random selection for review" of withdrawal attempt... Really?!

I have now made two withdrawal requests from GP. And, after the 10 day (!) processing time, I was notified that my withdrawal request has been "randomly selected" for further review. This review process takes 30 days, and after that I can re-request. Being randomly selected twice, huh? Note, the amounts I am attempting to withdraw are not large- less than $500usd. I have now emailed the company twice, once to my "account manager" and have had no communication. What GP is doing, then, is common thievery. They'll gladly take your deposited funds and make incentives to offer you imaginary money on top of your deposited funds. I call the money imaginary, the winnings imaginary, because the only REAL transaction has been my original deposit disappearing from my REAL bank account. I'd be so happy to alter my experience with them, when they take any sort of action. So far, nothing.

Not paying my $ 660 for half a year now!

Hello, I deposited in the casino with a bonus and met the wagering. Documents were approved and i made a withdrawal on June 25th 2014! They keep sending me e-mails about a random security check and i had to wait up to 60 days. It now is half year later and still nothing and delay tactics. To e-mail they never respond. I just want my $ 660! I won it fair and they should pay.

Non payment of winnings from Grand Parker Casino

I have been trying to withdraw my winnings from Grand Parker casino for over 6 months (USD726) and I keep receiving the same email with the excuse that 'Your account was randomly chosen for a security check and you will be notified by email once your account review is over'. I have waited for over 90 days and never received email notification. Everytime I try to withdraw I keep receiving the same email. I had played on this casino in various occasions in the past and have actually managed to withdraw funds in other instances were I was lucky to win, but recently in my last 3 attempts since June, I've been receiving the same excuse. I accepted this on the first occasion since I believed the security measures mentioned were real; however after 4 months I find it extremely unlikely that every time I need to withdraw funds I get declined for the same reason, ie, 'chosen randomly for a security check'. I sent an official email complaint to their customer support department and various follow up emails but never received a reply. I also contacted their 24/7 support chat and she just referred me to contact support by email. It's really useless!!

Bogus 'Random Security Check' since 5 months

Hi, I played at grand parker in july and won a couple thousands. I then successfully got my account fully verified on the 10th of july and withdrew money. On the 17th of july i then got a message from the casino saying that my account has been chosen for a random securitycheck that will take up to 60 business days. I was obviously very annoyed by it, but didnt know what to do, i tried to talk to the manager or something, but i just got delayed over and over again. After around 3 months of waiting i started trying to withdraw money again, but it still gets denied 90% of the time i try to withdraw. Im waiting since 5 months now and only recieved 2 withdrawals so far of 1000$ each which seems to be the maximum per withdrawal and still have 3300$ in the account at the moment. The last few withdrawals all got denied and i always get the same robotic answer about random security checks. Waiting over 5 months to get your money is beyond unacceptable and i hope askgamblers can help me with this. Thank you for reading.

Grand Parker Casino closed my account and stole $648

My account was under checking since October. One week ago they closed my account without explanation. Customer service don't tell me what was the reason. I can not reach my balance $648.

Grand Parker Casino is not paying me!

Unfortunately I did not come here prior to depositing with GRAND PARKER because it seems my issue is as many before me. I initially requested $3000, as per many conversations with live chat, I could withdraw up to $3000 weekly. This all started about the last week of October. After jumping thru all their hoops, ten days later I get email telling me click turbine would be handling withdrawal request and that grand parker had already set account up for me. Upon signing in to click turbine, I discover a mere $1000 had been made available for my withdrawal, which involved another week before finally deposited into my account. I then discovered I now had to once again request balance of original withdrawal request and wait ten more days to be approved. Well, today is day 10 and just received email from grand parker that my account was randomly chosen for security check that may take up to 60 business days. I am sick! I know I shouldn't have, but I was counting on this for Xmas for my kids:-(. Help please!

Having verification troubles

Hi am really stress and confused with Grand Parker Casino for a new member I shouldn't be facing all this. I was told to send in my documents for withdrawal process. I sent in all my documents such as National ID, Back and front of Visa card,Faxback form, proof of address , including my pay stub. I got a email from them today saying that there were unable to approve my faxback form because they have't received all the requisite verification documents I should prove a copy of my passport. So I asked what if I don't have a passport? They person responded and told me to send a photo of me holding my ID. I did that and sent it,I haven't heard from them since.Am confused and frustrated on what to do now. .Please help me
