On middle of June 2014 I had created a account with Grand Parker casino from a email invitation. After registered a account I got a $40 free chip for play. I played long times and had managed to withdraw $200 after met 40X play through. An account manager had contacted with me and instructed the procedures like sending my photo id,utilities,faxback form along with $21 deposit which I had done accordingly within 3 days. Well, I got a email from finance department on 3rd July saying my faxback had been approved and I could make a request for withdraw 221. I have attached those proves... On same day I had requested a withdraw of $221. After 2 weeks waited I got a another email from them which stated that my account had been selected a random security check and I have to wait 60 business days.In the mean time I had played again but finally I had stopped at $150. Now according to their time frames it had been more than 2 and half months which means 77 days or 60 business days passed already.But they still today didn't process my withdraw $150. Their support staffs are unprofessional and knows absolutely nothing. Please askgamblers,I need your help.Thank you.
