I have now made two withdrawal requests from GP. And, after the 10 day (!) processing time, I was notified that my withdrawal request has been "randomly selected" for further review. This review process takes 30 days, and after that I can re-request. Being randomly selected twice, huh?
Note, the amounts I am attempting to withdraw are not large- less than $500usd. I have now emailed the company twice, once to my "account manager" and have had no communication.
What GP is doing, then, is common thievery. They'll gladly take your deposited funds and make incentives to offer you imaginary money on top of your deposited funds. I call the money imaginary, the winnings imaginary, because the only REAL transaction has been my original deposit disappearing from my REAL bank account.
I'd be so happy to alter my experience with them, when they take any sort of action. So far, nothing.

Dear @jermy,
Any update considering your complaint? Thank you.
No. True to form, I haven't heard a single word from Grand Parker. I wish I could say otherwise, though I'm certainly not surprised.

This case has been reopened upon player's request and we would like to give it one last chance for a successful resolution.
So after my two withdrawal requests, both for under $500 US. I've emailed finance, verification, and my "account manager" and received no response from anyone over the last few weeks. Now, attempting to make a third request, I'm told by the chat representative that my account is under review, to make sure that none of my winnings were done using "suspicious patterns" (whatever that means). So here's the long and short of it: Request your winnings and you won't be able to get them. Ask questions and you'll be treated as a cheater and your account will fall "under review."
You'll do better to deposit your money directly into your toilet. Shame too, because their gaming layout is cool and games are fun.

Dear @jermy,
