Winner Casino - Unable to withdraw back my deposit

I joined winner.com. I tried to deposit ZAR300 and my deposit was declined. When the page reloaded it automatically chose ZAR7500 and then the deposit went through. I declined any bonuses. I obviously immediately wanted to withdraw the difference. When I try to withdraw I get an error message saying my credit card is not supported for withdrawal (a VISA). I then sought help and was told to load another card which I did (A MasterCard), that card then did not appear so I sought help again. I was told I needed to make a deposit with the MasterCard before I could withdraw. I deposited the minimum ZAR100 using the MasterCard, it still did not appear. I then created a Skrill account to withdraw to. Again I was told I needed deposit using my Skrill account before I could withdraw. I am not going to do this as I am afraid this deposit gets taken to. All of this time I have not played in the online games once. I just wanted my deposits back. This should not be difficult.
