Titan Casino - nothing from the customer support

Started playing at Titan casino after receiving a invite few months ago. With first withdrawal I submitted all my documents and a week later it was processed, things went smoothly for a few weeks and received some small withdrawals timely. A week ago I did awithdrawal of ZAR4000 I also happened to receive a email saying I now had been upgraded to silver and all my withdrawals would happen faster now. What a farce. Next thing received a email I had to resubmit my documents, did this and after several emails all this week I have had not one reply to say all was in order or if they needed anything more. No one ever answers emails, live chats are useless you get standard generic answers of "its for security reasons" etc. and not helpfull at all There is not toll free number from SA for me to call. My withdrawal is still in a pending state after this week.

I play at a number of very reliable casinos and have made much much larger withdrawals (in fact I even had the priviledge of winning a sizeable jackpot at one and received every cent) with no hitch what so ever at them so really Titan is seriously lacking in customer support.

The amount is not huge for this withdrawal but its the principle that counts. they call me call me weekly offering bonuses but fail to respond to my emails when it comes to wthdrawals! When I customer asks for infomation at least answer them and keep them updated. Why is it necessary for me to come to a site like this to express my unhappiness with their support?
