I requested a withdrawl of my winnings ($531) in early March of this year. I quickly submitted all requested documents and my request was approved. I have contacted numerous people several times and I always hear the same thing, "I'm so sorry for the delay. You will get your money, rest assured." Well, where is it? I complied with all rules and regulations. Why are they not following through? Ally is the woman I was sent to about this matter. She has been very nice, however she provides me with no information on why my payout is not here. She just keeps promising me that I will receive my money.

I do see the payment was sent off to you and I expect to see the tracking in the next couple days--I'd also expect that the payment should reach you before the end of the week.
