Exclusive Casino - Delay on processing my withdrawal

Ive tried to be patient but the casino refuses to act in a responsible manner with my withdrawal. First the verification took several days and attempts and now my withdrawal has been just sitting there over a week waiting to get processed. I dont understand why they do this. Its not a large amount and ive lost much more then what i am tryingto cash out. The amount is about $450.00
