Waiting to be paid

I was asked via email to call them to verify my info and they would give me some money to play on. I have made deposits there also. They gave me $75 to play on and after meeting wagering requirements I made a withdrawal request for $1300. They sent me two emails stating I didn’t Email all of the required documents, but I have sent many emails with the verification forms and documents that they require (which I have attached) yet they claim they have received not one email from me. I have been dealing with this for a week now and I thought I needed to nip it in the bud.

Around 16/January I won $2000usd and I did my Identification and was approved then I get a email saying that they only paid $250 of the $2000 and $1750 been put back to my playable balance and thinking that it would be 7 business days between each $250 withdrawal I put in a request for the other $1750 only to be told tonight 30days or 1 month after winning that it will be 14 business days between each $250 payment which makes my withdrawal complete no earlier than 26/ June how on earth is this fair 6 months to request my money I won fair in square from this casino

I have made 2 deposits with exclusive casino one for $40 which was declined due to insufficient funds and second of $36 which was accepted and guaranteed by my bank to Exclusive Casino and is showing on my bank statement for the amount of £33.14 and showing on the statement as "Fee*Rafaelcortes" which is shown on the screenshot attached. I have received two emails from exclusive casino stating that the deposits were declined for both $40 and $36 which are also ATTACHED. MY BALAMCE ON exclusive Casino is still showing $0. I have also attached transcript with advisor on chat at exclusive casino as to why they have not received the money which is 100% incorrect as I have spoken to my bank Barclays and they have confirmed the money has been sent to Exclusive Casino 100% as payment is now guaranteed and showing on my bank statement.
I am not happy with Exclusive Casino lying to me and now want my exact money refunded back to my debit card I made the transaction from. I don't trust this casino at all.

I have won 3 jackpots totaling over 8k at this casino, and for months i have been submitting wd's for 2000, but for months every time they approve my wd's it is only for $250. At this rate it will take 8 more months to receive my winnings. I understand the time frames for payouts and it takes a bit of time, but I think this is VERY excessive, only being able to submit one $250 Wd every 7 business days. And you are only allowed to submit one wd at a time. I just dont understand this, im sure the work on their end to process these little wd's every time is frustrating. I would warn other players of this casino, if I actually won a big progressive jackpot I would never be paid.. Please help

I deposit first time deposit they gave me a offer.which was a match of 50 dollars on my 25.when i won i went to withdraw 650 i was told i was only going to get 600 .even though i completed the 3900est of wager playthrough.still deducted the bonus .so withdrawel was issue i had to wait to 4 day spans for approvel to withdraw.finally approved.. june 12th 2018 so withdrawel display 24-48 hour its 3-7 days.and then today 6/20 i get email stating there only sending me 250.out of 650.and that the 350 would be sent back to my account.so i called and rep says they took the 50 bonus anyway they have the right even thought it states if you complete wager.and that the funds where returned .they have the right to split it i can go back wait 7 more days for the remainder. I wanted all my funds i won.you have to wait for your other portion and its not even over 1000.i dont like that.they allready took 50 for bonus match im first timer.and you get treated that way and cheated they are right they have the right to do whatever after you deposit .change rules not obide by them .make changes instantly.so i got a email said they sent 250 of total 650.and awaiting 7 more days to receive in account.here is screenshot of balance after 50 bonus removed.

I accidently put $283 in the deposit amount exclusive took out $301 from my account but only credited my casino fund $283 I asked for a refund and they said yes. Left 25$ Which I Asked them To Do And Said It Would Be About A Week Before I Get m U money. It's been over 3 weeks and 3 deadlines that they gave me have past. Then they also locked my account with no expiation. Live chat h as done absolutely nothing but lie to me and give me conflicting dates and excuses. Now I'm told yo email the finance department and but noone responds. So really they've stolen my money. And are ignoring me when j try to find out what's going on. Do not play here they take more money than they are authorized to and then take the money out of your casino account lock you out of it and then don't answer you when u try to contact them after their own deadlines pass over and over. WHAT A scAM. They should be shut down

Ive tried to be patient but the casino refuses to act in a responsible manner with my withdrawal. First the verification took several days and attempts and now my withdrawal has been just sitting there over a week waiting to get processed. I dont understand why they do this. Its not a large amount and ive lost much more then what i am tryingto cash out. The amount is about $450.00

Exclusive casino offered a bonus called Limitless every Thursday with no maximum cashout. On Thurs at Christmas they offered a Limitlessxmas bonus. Their email said that terms apply but didn’t spell out whether these were the terms of their other Limitless bonuses which have no maximum cashout. I went on chat to confirm this as I don’t like playing bonuses with maximum cashouts. I had chats with Lucas and Sezen both of whom assured me there was no maximum cashout. I am now told that only $440 of my $5844 withdrawal is going to be paid because of a maximum cashout. I have copies of these chats. I see there was a complaint by Slotslover who had the same issue. Amazingly, he also had chats with 3 different operators who told him the same thing. Clearly, this is not just a matter of one chat person not knowing the terms of a bonus. Since Exclusive is a highly rated casino I’d like to assume the terms were not changed retroactively. When they informed me of the amount they were planning to send me they said I should have known the terms when I played the bonus. But which terms? Their different bonuses have different terms. The terms of their other Limitless bonuses? To make sure I went to chat to verify it – not once but twice. Now I see from this previous complaint that at least 5 operators all gave the same information. I am being told I should have known the terms but apparently all of their employees were of the same opinion about this bonus. If there was an error it was on their part, not on my part, and they should pay me what I am owed.

Exclusive casino has broken their own terms and needs to abide by what they say. Summary: Chat confirmed no max cashout and emailed me proof. I played big the entire way and lost a few thousand in deposits. I finally cashed out approx $1500 off $80 deposit and only received $600. I would not have played under these rules. They owe me the entire balance. Details: Starting Thursday during Christmas week, Exclusive ran an "unlimited bonus" with bonus code LIMITLESSXMAS. Exclusive had previously run a no max no playthrough bonus on the previous few Thursdays with code LIMITLESS. To make sure the rules were the same I went on chat to confirm that LIMITLESSXMAS also had no max cashout no playthrough and this was confirmed on chat. On my second deposit I ran my balance up to $6000 and then down to $3000 and decided to cashout. I went to cashier and saw $6000 in rollover remaining. I had a long chat with them and they said they were not sure and would get back to me. The next day they confirmed in chat and in email that there was a 30x rollover and NO MAX withdrawal. I was fine with playing more as I love to play as long as no max cashout. I lost the $3000 (and many more deposits). I never play a maximum withdrawal bonus and have only played at Exclusive (and sisters) without bonuses because of their 10x max cashout bonus rule. I have copies of all the chats. I deposited between $75 and $150 many times with deposits totaling over $2000. Finally I met the rollover with a balance of approx $1500 on an $80 deposit. They only paid me $600, claiming they were in error and there really was a 10x max cashout. I claim 1) they need to abide by what the chat operators said and 2) I never would have played had they told me there was a max withdrawal. I played fair and square assuming there was no max withdrawal and deserve to be paid in full. The same chat operator who confirmed AND emailed me the no max cashout told me on Monday that he was sorry and made a mistake but that there was nothing he could do and that I should be "happy" to get $600 on an $80 deposit (not even 10x, 7.5x!). I have copies of all the emails and chats but have not attached them because your site only wants jpg. I can email if needed. I've always known Exclusive to be fair but think they are being misguided in this situation and urge them to reconsider and pay me in full. It's only fair.
