Missing deposit from my casino balance
I have made 2 deposits with exclusive casino one for $40 which was declined due to insufficient funds and second of $36 which was accepted and guaranteed by my bank to Exclusive Casino and is showing on my bank statement for the amount of £33.14 and showing on the statement as "Fee*Rafaelcortes" which is shown on the screenshot attached. I have received two emails from exclusive casino stating that the deposits were declined for both $40 and $36 which are also ATTACHED. MY BALAMCE ON exclusive Casino is still showing $0. I have also attached transcript with advisor on chat at exclusive casino as to why they have not received the money which is 100% incorrect as I have spoken to my bank Barclays and they have confirmed the money has been sent to Exclusive Casino 100% as payment is now guaranteed and showing on my bank statement.
I am not happy with Exclusive Casino lying to me and now want my exact money refunded back to my debit card I made the transaction from. I don't trust this casino at all.
