Hello!
Since 13.1.2017 to 14.2.2017 I've made some deposits (8exactly) with Paysafecards and made few withdrawals (maybe 3). Lost some and win some. I was mainly playing at the casino and sports bets. Then I've made a withdrawal for 350 because I couldn't win nothing and also their odds were lower like Bet365 have. I decided not to play there anymore. I made bank transfer withdrawal and then I was asked for photo of my ID back and front. Sent that. Afterwards they wanted a selfie of me holding ID together. I sent them that. And finally I received an email they want photos of all PSC vouchers used on that site. Well I've sent them half of those vouchers beucase I didn't know I have to save them all. If thats the problem then I don't know really. This is absurd. I've provided them everything and immediately. And as for a consequence they've locked my account without any good explanation why.
This is terrible and absurd and they clearly do not want to pay me out.
