Planet 7 Casino - Unwanted text messages

About a month or so ago, I began receiving promotional text messages from Planet 7 and some other casinos in their group. This is difficult for me since my cell phone plan does not have unlimited texts and I also do not appreciate being contacted this way. I do not play there and have asked them to stop texting me but I got more today. I even have closed my account with another in that group and have received texts promoting that casino. I want all of them to stop sending me texts but I do not know if I need to write a individual complaint for each casino in their group or if this first complaint is sufficient. I will wait for your response on that issue. Here is one of the chat sessions where I attempted to resolve this issue directly with the casino, I removed my personal information :

I would appreciate your help with this issue as I do not want to try to handle this with my cellular service provider, thanks.

Three days after posting my complaint, I gladly report that I have not received anymore texts. But, they usually come Thurs., Fri., and Saturdays. This is only the Monday after my post; so, we will see what happens, or not, over this weekend. Thanks again.

Today is one week since I posted the complaint and I have not received any text messages.

I am satisfied that the problem has been addressed after going through the weekend without receiving any text messages. AskGamblers, thanks for the assist, it is appreciated.
