Hie, i really need some assistance. I registered and joined supercat casino. I submitted the necessary document required to verify my account. I earlier had complained on this forum about how their Visa deposits dont work for South Africa but they assured me that Visa Withdrawals will work with my Visa card, hence i got a crypto wallet and deposited with Etheruem.
Now the problem comes with my Withdrawal, they say they tried several times to deposit but my card wont work. I do not have an ecopays account, i have a skrill account. Now apparently they do have skrill but not for my region. Please help guys, i just want to get my winnings, its been 3 months already, this is not right.

I would like to thank you for helping me get my withdrawal through a friends account, although this is irregular im glad i got my cash. Indeed the money has been recieved. Your casino is has great games and is fun to play. However you are loosing out on a huge base of clientelle in South Africa, most platforms dont offer quality games like you do, however they beat you with Visa payments, EFT and Skrill, which are not available on your platform for my region but you still falsely advertise and put them in your withdrawal menu only for your payments department to reject. Tell you what, if only you knew how onlinecasinos are taking the storm in South Africa due to Covid then you would organise yourselves and become the leading online casino here.

Not processing withdrawal for more than five days
The epic with this casino has been going on for 5 days. The story is very exciting. With managers' calls, Yandex verification for 5 days and promises to make payments within 36 hours (no). On March 9, 2020, about $ 2,300 was won in this casino. (First, 45,000 rubles and then again, which led to such an amount)

-On the same day I put a request for a withdrawal of 45K and wait ... Money ... but I waited for the casino manager to call, who told me about everything beautiful, how fast they deduce and that it will help with the conclusion. It is only necessary to verify (what I had previously asked about in the casino chat, which they naturally spoke of - probably not necessary). Okay. I have been playing for a long time, so it's not a problem for me to send docks. Sending ... I'm waiting. The next day - The application in the casino is rejected (THERE IS NO LETTER FOR ANY MAIL) .... I am writing to chat. Answer: "And you need to redo Yandex screenshots, grab more information." OK, not a problem) I redid it, sent it, made a new request for withdrawal and joyfully ran to the pool (no). Applications are considered up to 36 hours, so we are waiting. The next day I go to the casino - APPLICATION DENIED. There is, of course, no letter. I am writing to chat. Answer: "You did not send Yandex the same." Any other person would already, most likely, start spreading the chat and the manager (there is a telephone after all) =)) GOOD! I send it again to the mail and duplicate it in the chat. I put ON again a request for withdrawal. Yesterday (March 13), the manager calls - "Your Yandex was verified, wait for the first tranche by evening." YES!!!! (NO) Today is March 14th (43 hours have passed since the last application) - there is no money and is not predicted. (Most likely they don’t output on the weekend) The chat now explained the NEW rule why there is no output - MANY APPLICATIONS. To my question - when to wait approximately - DO NOT KNOW ANYTHING (do not write here =))

The essence of the claim is to get a conclusion that has been delayed for 5 days. The casino could make indulgence and withdraw quickly. Once 5 days nothing and the last application 43 hours + - for some reason, too, is not processed.
