Had a substantial win with these guys two weeks ago and still not received my payout, spent two days back and forth with id verification until last friday i received the attached email confirming my documents had been accepted and my withdrawals would be processed....great i thought i even got excited and made a few purchases.....5 days pass with no money in my account so i contact them last night to see whats going on only to be sent a stock email saying i needed to provide id documentation, i tried ringing but noone answers all emails are responded to with stock templates saying the same thing over and over again, as far as i can tell they accepted my id and i should have my money..... to top it all i have now entered my overdraft and will be charged by the bank.

We have checked over the player's account. We can see that the player was asked for some documentation on the 17th. The final piece of information required was received on the 28th. We can confirm the player's payments were processed on the 29th and should clear within 1-3 business days.
