I am so pissed off, i have a $700 withdraw that keeps getting declined because of documents not in pdf file, which doesn't state on the terms and conditions, it has to be a full copy of the utility bill in your name. not just showing its addressed to u with your address on it. Then they respond asking for you to email ccproc­ess­ing­@ve­gas­str­ip.com which is not a good email domain so its gets sent back. No one answers the phone number they have listed.

This complaint has been reopened as per Vegas Strip Casino request and AskGamblers Complaints Team would like to give it one more try and help both parties involved into the dispute reaching to a satisfactory resolution.
