Still waiting for my 1243€ payment, no answers

Hi, i made a withdraw on the Mr.Ringo site on the 2th of june, and be verified the 3th. Everything seems to be ok, but now after many mails and chat on facebook, (not anymore chat support available on the site since one week now..) nothing appcear on my skrill account. I tried so many time to contact them..they seem to be disapeared, always prepared answer by mail as follow:
Dear Mr B..........,

Our finance department will take care of your withdrawal as soon as possible, we can't handle it from the support. Please be patient, it will be done soon.

AskGamblers Complaints Team have been provided with clear and undisputed evidence on behalf Mr Ringo Casino management that player violated their Promotional T&C #4.15:


"4.15 ... You may only withdraw any funds from your Mr Ringo Account obtained via a Bonus on our Sports Service when you have met the wagering restrictions associated with that Bonus offer. All Bonuses have to be wagered at odds of 2.0 or above. For combination bets, you need to bet on at least 3 Events on a single betting slip, with all having a Minimum Odds of 2.0."


Based on the above, AskGamblers Complaints Team consider this case as Resolved and it is now officially closed. In case of a disagreement with our decision we remind player that further assistance on this matter could be requested from the relevant licensing authority responsible for Mr Ringo Casino.

And would you please tell me why you did accept bets under the bonus line if you then are not intend to pay it during the bonus period?

the story here is very easy. You are just the most unprofessional casino or bookmaker (as you wish to be call) that i ever had affair with!
You just don't want to pay your bills, and don't talk about FALSE INFORMATION or bull.... as this!

If you would be just close to be professional you at least should have VOID the bets under the line but pay all the rest! But you are not even close to this!

That's all! i do feel like robbed by you!

Good day to you ladies and gentlemen,
first and foremost, my apologies for the eventual false information that was recieved and/or given.

Given the case in question, I sadly must inform you that you have recieved a mail from the department for legal actions and bonus infringements. 2 Screenshots shall be added to this post in particular to build upon the statement itself. Screenshot 1 is a depiction of the bonus used and in which time frame. (Confidential data is removed).
Screenshot 2 depicts the games which were bet upon in the given time frame where the bonus was active. The above relations and this specified case have been discussed with AG, as with the user in question through means of a legal mail. I thank you for your time and patience and once again, apologize for the misinformation originally presented.
