I submitted a withdrawal request on 6/25/16. I submitted all required info and paperwork. I was told that I was approved and that my request would be sent for payout. I was told on 7/11/16 that my payout would be sent to the processors in 7-10 days and at that time a check would be issued and I would receive the tracking # for DHL or Fed Ex. Well today is 7/23 and still no tracking #. I sent another email on 7/23 asking where my funds are. I received a reply telling me that my request had not yet been processed and was being submitted to the escalation department. They informed me that payments are being delayed due to the amount of payouts from last month. I for one will not be depositing with Planet7 again until they can get on their game and send payouts in a more timely manner. What's the point of playing when they don't actually payout or you have to wait over a month for your money? I have referred several player but will be contacting them to let them know that Planet7 does not payout in a timely manner. My payout is only $300 but was submitted so that I could feel confident that the really do pay out. Very disappointed!

I'm terribly sorry for the delays and frustrations you've experienced with this.

I've looked at your account and I do see that a check has been issued--I would expect to see tracking on this, early next week. Generally, players receive payments the day after tracking comes through.

As soon as your tracking reaches my desk, I'll update this thread.
