Really strange casino. You log in, you play, you win, you want to withdraw and: ops! the password u used when logging in is suddenly incorect, when confirming that you want to withdraw your money. So u do it again. You log to the site, you go to withdraw money page, u use the same password as before and is wrong! U write to support team and result is just automatic email, informing you, they have got your now the money are kept by Stargames with no possibility to withdraw it....I am decided to spent them there and goodbye forever! This is just black hole, you are feeding, no casino....

Hi Romca310,

We apologise for the delay in our response.

After looking in to your account, I can see no reason as to why you would not have been able to make a payout using the same password as log in. There quite possibly could have been a bug at the time but as it was so long ago we cannot confirm this.

We have since checked our payout process and can confirm that it is in perfect working order and have not since had a similar complaint.

We would like to ask you if you consider this a valid explanation from our side, as we value all of our customers. If this is not satisfactory enough for you, what could we do to restore your faith in our website?
