Hello Askgamblers and Stargames Casino,

My account is closed because of security reasons. I dont understand what it means. I didn't make multiple accounts. I was playing 3 months and today the closed my account for this reason. Please help me, i have deposit alot of money on this casino. Can i have it back or what can i do? I dont like this, please tell me why its being closed.
So yea, this casino closed my account for security reasons. Tell me what is the reasons, i want to know. Thanks in advanced.

We have sent an email to you this morning which explains in your native language that your account was blocked due to a serious breach of our Terms & Conditions.

We have also informed you of your right to contact our licence regulator should you feel that you have been unfairly treated. There is no further information that we can offer you at this time, therefore subsequent messages from you on this matter will not be replied to.

I wrote message to MGA Stargames regulator and i'm waiting for response. I attach there same infos as I wrote to Stargames support in my native language. Which contain information about how multiaccout was created and by whom. i suppose that i got ban for multiaccounts on IP adress and i know that i didn't create account myself.

And i will do my best to get back my honestly won money.

Based on the information above that this dispute is raised in front of Malta Gambling Authority, AskGamblers Complaints Team will comply with the decision taken from MGA. Until then this complaint is closed and considered as Unresolved.
