Stargames.com blocked account and don`t payout

Hello,

i have won about 1.100,00 Euro at stargames.com and ordered a withdraw of the money

After authorisation with my id-card i got a email from the support.

They have blocked my account because ob multiaccount. I had an old account which is anactiv for about 1yeahr. I have no access to the old account anymore and decited to register a new one.

I have deposited about 1.500 Euro to my new account and hab no problems to deposit or gamle. Just when i wanted to pay out and withdraw they blocked my account woud not pay out.

Thats a rip-off !!!!

Any try to contact the support and get an agreement was blocked from stargames.com.

This complaint has been reopened due to the declared willingness on behalf of Star Games Casino management to do everything within their power to solve their old complaints. AskGamblers Complaints Team is reluctant to give these old cases one more chance for a successful resolution.

After thorough investigation of all requested evidences from Star Games Casino and considering the information that the player already confirmed that s/he had more then one account registered, AskGamblers Complaints Team confirms that Star Games Casino acted in full compliance with their Terms & Conditions, where they have blocked the player's account and refunded deposit of €100 to the player.

Based on the above, AskGamblers Complaints Team consider this case as Resolved and it is now officially closed. In case of a disagreement with our decision we remind player that further assistance on this matter could be requested from the relevant licensing authority responsible for Star Games Casino.
