I won 750.00 dollars cashed out, no deposit bonus used. They have my verification on file, heck I even updated everything just in case. No hold up, Only played there because some good reviews . Anyways they say that it's still under review, they have all my info minus my pin. That check should have been approved and on its way. Then I asked for the tracking number and they said they do not do that. What? you are charging me 45.00 dollars for the check and I cannot track the movement of my package. Something does not feel right, I haven't gotten one email from the same person , please help me get my winnings . Thank you

I'm glad for the quick response , I received the check today. I hope it will cash, my bank would not take it even for deposit . Because of the 8 routing numbers as us have nine, so I trust it is legit as I had to open a TD bank account. I love this casino , great games, but pain to cash a check. I would like to know if the bank charges me a exchange fee when I payed in US dollars I feel it should have been US dollars I got back. Also wanted to say thanks to ask gambler's you guys are great, and greatly appreciated .

Your withdrawal was done on Dec 10th at 11:17 am. There is a standard 48 hour pending period. Your funds were processed and sent out on Dec 12 at 11:12am via check by courier.
The reason a tracking number could not be provided to you is, our payment services company chooses the courier and sends the payment to you.
I can assure you that your funds will reach you shortly as the courier standard delivery time is usually 2 to 5 workings days.
If you do not receive your funds shortly, please let me know. I will be more than happy to get this sorted for you. I can however assure you that all should be well.
