I have been gambling with Lincoln Casino/Liberty Slots for over three years and most of the time I have had a wonderful experience with their customer service. I was shocked when my bank sent me two checks that were returned for almost 2000. The checks bounced on 6/12/2023. I contacted their customer service and they told me someone would be with me right away, however it had to go to the correct team first. Today is the fourth day since I have contacted them and still no resolve. Customer service does answer but they send me a canned response and keep telling me it has to get to the right department while they research it. I have copies of the bounced check and I sent them in asap. I don’t get what’s taking so long, and I am most disappointed because I feel I cannot play anymore, as I am certainly not going to put money into someplace that can’t pay. The reason for the checks bouncing was the account was closed. Very upsetting. I don’t want to attach the checks because of all the personal info, but I do have them and I have sent copies to Lincoln casino.
