I made my 1st deposit (50€) and get 200% wellcome bonus. When wager was completed there was 800€ in my accout. When I made a withdraw, they said it will take up to 72 hours. Afetr 72 hours it was canceled...they said they need prtscr of my Neteller account...even though I have already sent a picture of neteller card to them. ok, i send it and did a new withdraw...after four days, the same story, they canceled it again with no reason. in livechat they can not explain why...
