I have played at SlotsVillage casino last 2 weeks. Won some money and requested for withdrawal for total of USD780. All verification has done and accepted.
First 5 days, withdrawal cancelled due to verification process. Live support asked me to withdraw again. So, I did it again.
Subsequent 3 days later, withdrawal cancelled again. As usual, live support convinced everything is in order and ask me to withdraw and wait again.
In not less than 20 days, the withdrawal pending. No email, no single reply and no notification whatsoever at their casino.
This is really a bad experience and I sincerely hope that Askgamblers.com to help me. I swear that I will never ever play there again!!

I have done as per your requested by emailing to your accounting@slotsvillage.com to CONFIRM AGAIN the payment method via Ecopayz. (check the attachment)
This is totally make no sense as the Ecopayz information already provided during the cashout session when I have already key in the Ecopayz account ID number together with the selected method of withdrawal. I think your casino just making excuse on this. This is sound too ridiculous!!
I hope there is no more other excuse other than pay me and get the case closed ASAP.
