I started playing slots of vegas the first week of January and i won 1100 dollars, i submitted all information requested on the same day. My withdrawal was approved on Jan 19, now its february 1st and still no check!!! i called and each time i get a different representative with a different story. They explained on the website that it would be 7-10 days for approval and 7-10 days for you to receive money. But now they tell me 7-10 days for approval, 10-20 days for finance dept to cut check and 7-10 days to receive. This is absolutely unacceptable and they should be shut down if they don't want to pay people. I will no longer use this casino, and i suggest anyone to stay far away...i will update you when i receive my check.
