So yesterday (monday 24th) i won and withdrew £700 from slots magic casino, i deposited via trustly and have used the same method for withdrawal. Slots magic customer support says they process all withdrawals to this method within 11 hours of receiving the request.
My compliant is that it has now been nearly 28 hours and its still pending, no communication from the casino other than that they was processing it yesterday (monday 24th) at 16.54 see attached the email i received.
My hope is that this compliant will speed up the process and stop slots magic dwelling on the withdrawal as there is no sufficient reason for them stalling the withdrawal.

i checked your account and see you were already paid this morning. When we say within 11 hrs we actually mean business hours as we don't do payments through the night

I have received the payout so you can consider the complaint resolved.
Also thanks in the end to slots magic, although it took longer than i expected it too i couldn't be happier with there service and the website.
