Withdrawal and verification problems

After winning 3k on this site, I had to go through the ordeal of verifying my account which was quite frankly awful - I sent bank statement, drivers licience, work ID, passport and debit card and they still kept finding fault with every little thing until I was very stressed out and upset. Ater finally being verified, they promised faithfully yeserday 12/11/19, that they would speed up the withdrawal and it would be with me within 11 hours. Lo and behold today I have still not recieved the payment, it remains pending in slots account, and now been told yet again they will speed it up and send it to me, and again nothing. They have even sent me an email with a waiver attached wanting me to sign to say they owe me nothing?? Its becoming so suspicious now that I just want some help to deal with these people as I feel I am being lied to again and again.
