SlotsMagic stalling withdrawal


I’ve been trying to withdraw $252.85 from SlotsMagic since Aug 5th. Very painful process getting verification done. Extraordinarily painful process trying to update my Email address, that involves sending 6 photos of me holding a passport next to my face. Multiple withdraw attempts that get rejected and end up back in my available funds after 3 days. Finally got a withdrawal through to pending last Tuesday Aug 13th via E-transfer (typically takes 24h-36h) I have auto deposit set up so once the funds are sent it’s deposited automatically, without having to accept it. I get an E-mail off support yesterday saying, hi, can you accept the e-transfer please.

I cant accept what hasn’t been sent and anyhow, it would of hit my account automatically had it been sent.

Whats the next move? Does anyone have any suggestions. Waited 7 business days so far for payment and a total of 2 and half weeks since first withdrawal attempt.

It’s excuse after excuse with SlotsMagic. I’m a very active player with multiple casinos. Verification and payment is very often done within a couple of days. Stalling tactics in order for players to get frustrated and blow the account balance. Don’t come on here making out that you are a fair casino. You people should be shut down with the amount of complaints on this website alone. I can’t even close my account without self-excluding. That runs the risk of losing future winning at other casinos if they are at all related to SlotsMagic.
My money was paid today, once I went public and got help from AskGamblers.

Players beware, there are tons of much much much better online casinos, so please stay away. This horrendous ordeal is now closed and the money returned.

Firstly, we requested you send in a picture of you holding your ID because of strict security procedures regarding the change of an email address. We need to know its actually the correct person requesting the change of email address to avoid the possibility of a players account being hacked. This is for you own protection.

Checking you account I see the following- on the 6th of August you came on chat and asked to update your email address.
After that you came on chat twice again and were advised the same thing - this was on the 9th and 10th, 3-4 days after your first query.
You finally sent the required pictures on the 14th and we updated your email address on the same day . It took 9 days from first being informed about the security request until you actually provided it

Secondly,you deposited with Interac and requested to withdraw to Interac
The first attempt we made to send you your money was declined and came back as error (not on our side but on your banks side. They rejected the payment.

Yesterday morning we re-submitted the payment via Interact and are waiting for waiting for you to confirm receipt
