Withdrawal delayed over 12 days

I would like to file a complaint regarding my delayed withdrawal at SlotExo Casino.

I requested a withdrawal of €1,500, which has now been pending for 12 days without any updates or progress. My total balance on the account is €2,300, and the funds are still visible but not being processed.

I have tried contacting support multiple times, but so far, I have not received any clear information or explanation for the delay. The lack of communication and transparency is very frustrating, especially given that this is a significant amount.

I kindly ask AskGamblers to assist in resolving this matter and urge the casino to process my withdrawal as soon as possible.

Withdrawal pending since June 19th

Hello,

I submitted a withdrawal request of €500 on 19 June. According to the casino, withdrawals are normally processed within 3–5 business days, but my withdrawal is still pending.

I have contacted customer support many times. They always tell me that the finance department is working on my withdrawal and ask me to be patient. They have never provided a specific reason for the delay or an estimated payment date.

Recently, they informed me that the finance department is carrying out some checks, but they did not explain what those checks are or how long they will take.

I have also contacted the casino by email and opened an official support ticket, but I still have not received any concrete information.

I respectfully request that Slotexo process my €500 withdrawal as soon as possible or provide a clear explanation for the delay.

Initially, I had two pending withdrawals of €500 each (€1,000 in total). I cancelled one of them after being informed that only one withdrawal could be processed at a time. My remaining €500 withdrawal, requested on 19 June 2026, is still pending verification and has not been processed.
