Marketing spam without consent

Slotexo continuously sends me marketing by email and SMS even though I have asked them to stop it multiple times. Unsubscribing will not stop it either. They have promised several times to stop it yet I still receive the spam from them. I demand them to explain me whether they are unwilling or incapable of stopping it. I also demand them to stop all marketing immediately. Attached some emails and SMSs with them.

Withdrawal pending since June 19th

Hello,

I submitted a withdrawal request of €500 on 19 June. According to the casino, withdrawals are normally processed within 3–5 business days, but my withdrawal is still pending.

I have contacted customer support many times. They always tell me that the finance department is working on my withdrawal and ask me to be patient. They have never provided a specific reason for the delay or an estimated payment date.

Recently, they informed me that the finance department is carrying out some checks, but they did not explain what those checks are or how long they will take.

I have also contacted the casino by email and opened an official support ticket, but I still have not received any concrete information.

I respectfully request that Slotexo process my €500 withdrawal as soon as possible or provide a clear explanation for the delay.

Initially, I had two pending withdrawals of €500 each (€1,000 in total). I cancelled one of them after being informed that only one withdrawal could be processed at a time. My remaining €500 withdrawal, requested on 19 June 2026, is still pending verification and has not been processed.

This confirms that the withdrawal has been pending for a long time and has not yet been approved.
