Two Declined Withdrawals

Hi AskGemblers ! I request 2 withdrawal request of 500 euro in this casino because of the low withdrawal limit 500 euro per day! My first request was on 24.05.24 and my second request was on 26.05.24! So after 5 business day’s despite the terms and conditions says within 3 business days my first withdrawal of 500 euro was declined without any explanation and information! I find out when I login to my account that my balance is 500 euro!

Then I check and my withdrawal from 24.05.24 was declined! I contacted support but no concrete answer why.. only they hope that this time everything will be ok!! So am asking for your help because the casino obviously don’t want to pay out!!

First not respecting their own terms and conditions after declining my withdrawal without any explanation! Thanks

Withdrawal pending since June 19th

Hello,

I submitted a withdrawal request of €500 on 19 June. According to the casino, withdrawals are normally processed within 3–5 business days, but my withdrawal is still pending.

I have contacted customer support many times. They always tell me that the finance department is working on my withdrawal and ask me to be patient. They have never provided a specific reason for the delay or an estimated payment date.

Recently, they informed me that the finance department is carrying out some checks, but they did not explain what those checks are or how long they will take.

I have also contacted the casino by email and opened an official support ticket, but I still have not received any concrete information.

I respectfully request that Slotexo process my €500 withdrawal as soon as possible or provide a clear explanation for the delay.

Initially, I had two pending withdrawals of €500 each (€1,000 in total). I cancelled one of them after being informed that only one withdrawal could be processed at a time. My remaining €500 withdrawal, requested on 19 June 2026, is still pending verification and has not been processed.

This confirms that the withdrawal has been pending for a long time and has not yet been approved.
