Casino failed to close my account after three written requests 2582 EUR net loss
I requested closure of my Slotexo account three separate times, on 16 November 2025, 17 November 2025 and 21 November 2025.
All three requests were sent to [email protected], a Slotexo email address that had been used to communicate with me regarding my account.
My requests were clear. In my third message on 21 November, I explicitly stated that this was already my third request to close the account.
The account nevertheless remained open and Slotexo continued accepting deposits.
After my third closure request, I incurred a net loss of EUR 2,582. There were no completed withdrawals during that post-closure period.
I later submitted a formal complaint directly to Slotexo requesting reimbursement of EUR 2,582.
Slotexo rejected my complaint and stated that it had previously asked me to provide an additional confirmation of closure, which it claims I did not provide.
I did not receive any such message.
Importantly, Slotexo’s own written response confirms that it received my closure request, as it states that the request was replied to with a request for further confirmation.
Therefore, there is no dispute that Slotexo received at least one of my account-closure requests.
I therefore ask Slotexo to provide the original communication it relies upon, including the date, time, recipient address, complete wording and evidence that it was actually sent to me.
Even if Slotexo’s internal procedure required an additional confirmation, I subsequently sent two further explicit closure requests, with my third message expressly stating that this was already my third request to close the account.
Those subsequent requests clearly confirmed that I still wanted the account closed.
I was not instructed to send my closure request to a different email address, and I did not state at any point that I wished to keep the account open.
The remaining issue is therefore straightforward:
Why was my account not closed despite repeated written closure requests, and can Slotexo prove that the alleged request for additional confirmation was actually sent to me?
The account remained open, Slotexo continued accepting deposits, and I subsequently incurred a net loss of EUR 2,582.
I respectfully request a refund of EUR 2,582.
