No payment here still waiting for my 1500 EUR

Hello “gamblers”.

I just became a member of the Slotexo site and won.

I submitted my withdrawal request, but the payment was not made. So I contacted customer service. They said the payment would be made within the first 3 business days. I waited three business days, but even though the time expired, the payment was still not made.

Then I contacted customer service again and they said they would deposit it within 3-5 business days. Now the 5th business day is about to end and when I spoke to customer service again, I was told that the payment would be made this week. If we include weekends, no payment has been made for a week and the process is being abused. 5 business days have passed, but this time there was a problem that the payment will be made this week.

As seen in the pictures, I have 3 different shooting processes and they are still pending and I think the payment will not be made.

Withdrawal pending since June 19th

Hello,

I submitted a withdrawal request of €500 on 19 June. According to the casino, withdrawals are normally processed within 3–5 business days, but my withdrawal is still pending.

I have contacted customer support many times. They always tell me that the finance department is working on my withdrawal and ask me to be patient. They have never provided a specific reason for the delay or an estimated payment date.

Recently, they informed me that the finance department is carrying out some checks, but they did not explain what those checks are or how long they will take.

I have also contacted the casino by email and opened an official support ticket, but I still have not received any concrete information.

I respectfully request that Slotexo process my €500 withdrawal as soon as possible or provide a clear explanation for the delay.

Initially, I had two pending withdrawals of €500 each (€1,000 in total). I cancelled one of them after being informed that only one withdrawal could be processed at a time. My remaining €500 withdrawal, requested on 19 June 2026, is still pending verification and has not been processed.
