I am reaching out to report a serious issue regarding the online casino, Slotexo. I requested a €500 withdrawal on March 5, 2025, and despite multiple follow-ups with their support team, my withdrawal remains blocked without any clear explanation.
The casino claims to be licensed by the island of Anjouan (Comoros) under license number ALSI-152406028-F12, but after verification, it appears that this license is invalid. Furthermore, their customer service only provides vague responses without ever specifying when my withdrawal will actually be processed.
I believe I have been misled and wish to file a complaint for failure to honor commitments and possible fraud. I kindly ask you to investigate this matter and advise me on the possible steps to recover my funds.
