Casino is a joke

I have redeemed my birthday chip at silver oak casino, it was 50 dollars with a 40x play through which I met. When I inquired about what the limit on the withdrawal was, I was told I was not able to collect the winnings because I may have multiple accounts or received free chip prior to this chip. Its always been my experience especially with the "reputable casinos" that they don't allow you to redeem 2 free chips in a row, and when you try to, you are denied, then send a follow up email as to the reason. I have never had a chip actually redeemed (allowed to go through) met the play through requirements only to be told, sorry that wasn't a redeemable chip! I think its their responsibility to keep track of redeemable chips vs. non redeemable chips not me. If a chip does get redeemed it should be honored.

 Redeeming multiple free chips is not allowed per casino rules, so this complaint is solved!

"4.Players cannot redeem multiple free bonuses consecutively. If you have redeemed one No Deposit Bonus and are subsequently offered another one, a real-money deposit needs to have been made in the interim for you to be eligible to redeem the second No Deposit Bonus."
