Silver Oak Casino - won't pay

i won about $6000 at silveroak, mostly on slots. i bought in with a bonus that indicates that it is for slots and keno only. when you buy in the video poker is locked, which makes sense since the bonus is for slots and keno only. however, after i played through to satisfy the bonus requirements, the video poker unlocked and i had access. since i had played through the bonus requirement, i naturally assumed that the money was mine to do with as i pleased. after all, i could have cashed it out, so obviously i could do with it what i pleased. wrong! after playing video poker for a while, winning about $400, i went back to slots and proceeded to win about $5500. i messaged a host to ask about my cashout options and she told me that i had violated the rules, had played some video poker and voided all the winnings! how could i possibly know that i was NEVER allowed to play video poker, instead of just not being about to play while satisfying the requirements of the bonus? oh, i know how... instead of misleading me by locking the video poker then unlocking it, the could have left it locked while i wasn't allowed to play. instead, they unlocked the game. what am i supposed to assume when the game is locked, then unlocked after i have completed the playthrough requirements?

i don't have a screenshot. i was arguing my point and was kicked. i didn't swear or become abusive, other than pointing out that they were stealing from me. if they kicked me for that, then don't tell them that the sky is blue, because they don't like facts.
