I have tried Numerous times to contact Silver Oak to see when they would pay my winnings.
They keep declining them and won't pay.
I have sent in ALL my paper work.
I am attaching the last 2 months transactions.
I have deposited a lot of money and now they won't pay

Hi Stacy--

I'm sorry for the difficulties you've been having with this--I'll do my best to have this resolved for you as quickly as possible.

I've reviewed your account and I'm not certain why you're claiming $7250, as at this point, there is only $2250 remaining in your casino balance (the rest you have cancelled and played off, prior to issuing this complaint).

While you're claiming you've sent your documents, I'm unable to locate these. Please know, I'm not doubting you've sent these, I'm just not able to locate them. In the interest of resolving this expeditiously, I've just sent you an email--please respond to this with the necessary documents so I can personally have these approved.

Next, I'll need you to once again request your withdrawal. Please keep in mind that bonuses were involved to build your balance (PANDAVIP (3 of 999)(50 free spins) $276.50 + Free Spins $44)--all bonus funds are non-withdrawable and therefore will be removed from your total withdrawal amount.

As soon as I receive your documents, I'll be able to have your withdrawal issued for you.

I still have NOT receive any info on when my check will be processed.
I once again submitted ALL paperwork.
They once again cancelled my withdrawal and I had to request it again.
Noted above from Silver Oak that I cancelled my withdrawals to play, THIS IS FALSE, Silver Oak cancelled ALL my Withdrawals and they did it multiple times.
They Owe me 2250 as of today.
I was trying to show that ever time I requested a withdrawal, they would wait a week and deny it. NO REASON GIVEN!!
By denying it and making me keep requesting it, they never had to pay my loses. If you don't request a withdrawal, you get a percentage of your loses from the previous week. I deposited a lot of money and they are still playing games!!!

Hi Stacy--

Thank you for getting back to me with the authorization form.

You'll be pleased to know that your payment was sent off to our processor, yesterday: 8/7 Paid $1930 for transaction #89521943. I would expect to receive tracking towards the end of this week.

As soon as I have your tracking, I'll be back to update this complaint.
