I decided to give Silver Oak Casino a try, I am new to online casinos and I wanted to see how their games were. I used a 25.00 no deposit bonus to play. Well after the play through amount requirement was met, I played a little more and decided to cashout $100.00 and play with the rest of my winnings. I requested a cashout, lost the rest of the money and quit playing. Then I got the following email.

So I decided to use the birthday bonus they sent to me, it was for 50.00. It has a play through requirement that was much larger than the first bonus, but it didn't matter because I lost it all anyway. Then the next day I live chatted with "Laura" and asked what my payout options were, and she advised that because I used my birthday bonus that they sent to me before the cash out completed and before I made a deposit first, that I broke the rules and my withdraw request would be denied. I explained that I felt this was extremely unfair, because the birthday bonus was sent to me by them and didn't say anything in the email about only one bonus during cash out process or do not use if you have already used one or whatever. She then got rude even when I was being polite the entire time even though I was clearly upset. It certainly made me realize that I should choose a different company and casino to do business with instead of this one. I was just so dissapointed, I was hoping they were legitimate and I felt cheated by them because they sent me a birthday bonus and It didn't say anywhere in the email anything about waiting until my cashout completed or make a deposit or do not use with another bonus. Maybe I was supposed to know this but I didn't, and now they keep my winnings. I just feel so cheated by this casino, so I hope to any new players out there looking for a casino, choose one that is nice and legitimate and not trying to find any way possible to not pay you your hard earned winnings. Silver Oak Casino seems to just try and find any way possible to not pay legitimate winners their money, just read all the complaints about them on here. Mine is just one more in the pile and nobody will care, but I hope it at least can help some of you reviewing before choosing to NOT choose Silver Oak, they will do everything they can to make you at fault for something and not pay if your lucky enough to win something. I did receive some payout information in my email, it was sent via Western Union, but my name was incorrectly put and therefore I cannot pick up any winnings. They put my last name as the city I live in, not my last name which is on my account. I contacted customer service, which they have my correct name and verified my name is correct on the account, but the western union payment information has the incorrect name and therefore I cannot pick up any money. I will report back if in fact I do receive my payout and if they do in fact correct my name and honor my request, if they do not, I will report that as well.
