It has been at least two months since my withdrawl was approved but yet have not received payment. I have sent so much documentation to multiple email addresses. Addresses they have given me on chat. I even went threw the HooYu ID confirmation process. I have saved the chat transcripts and emails. Going back threw emails it looks as if my withdrawl request was September 16. On September 26 I received email stating all my documents have been verified and account updated. I have been in live chat with them multiple times asking about my withdrawl. On October 9 I submitted more documentation they said they needed for Bitcoin. A picture of me holding the day's news paper, goverment picture ID (drivers license) and my employment picture ID. They wanted me to also send my passport but i do not have one and it does not make since to go get one since it would cost more then they owe a lot more and I would never need it again. Most people or at least in the states do not have a passport. On November 12 I sent another email with all my bitcoin information they needed again since this is what a chat representative asked of me. On the 14 I received an email stating my documentation was missing. On November 24 i contacted their chat and gave them an email reference number and they easily found my documentation. The chat representative states   he can see the extra documents and will prioritize it for me. On December 3 I sent them all my documintation again and even more. Such things like a picture of me with marriage license, picture of me with Drivers license, and credit card and bill together. December 11 I contacted chat again this time they do not have any of my documintation even with me giving email reference numbers. I have provided more then enough documintation to prove myself over and over. I have made withdrawls from quite a few other casinos and never have had this issue. They say all this extra documintation is do to Bitcoin. However i have mentioned just sending a check instead but that comment always seems to be ignored. I really like the casino and their customer service is awesome. Heck i would still like to play there if they could get this nonsense with long delayed withdrawls.

The cash out was for $300 but after bonus money was removed I was told $146 was approved. If I remember correctly the original deposit was for $58 and some change with a bonus of 270%.

AskGamblers Complaints Team have been informed that Silver Oak Casino representative might not be able to respond to ongoing complaints until Wednesday, 26th of December, therefore the time frame is being extended with another 96 hours.
