Silver Oak Casino - cannot get payout for 5 months!!

Let's begin with saying that I have been playing at silver oak for few years now, I won here and there but mostly lost ( a lot of $$$) Fortunately in October of 2013 I have won $30k. I requested withdrawals right away $2,500 each. First 2 withdrawals were $2,500 each then I was informed by my VIP that I cannot receive $2,500 payment due to payout limitations and that they will start paying out $1,250 at a time. So it took 5 months to receive $ 10k. After few payments I received an ail from my VIP stating that silver will be charging me $40 per payment in order to send the money via mail (check) I find that ridiculous because if you count $1,250 - $40 fee each time I will end up paying $1,600 total in fees for no reason. Now, a week ago I received another email from VIP stating that I'm no longer VIP due to the fact that I do not lose at least $500 a month and because I won i cannot be a VIP not to mention that I cannot use any coupons anymore. Every time there was a new exude, new story, longer delays..Now, my number one issue is that last payment that was approved was on February 18 which is a month ago, I called silver and contacted them thru chat they told me that they don't know why no other payments have been approved for over a month but that they will escalate it to their management.. I still haven't received any payments nor approvals for pending payments. I need help get my money from silver oak, and not getting charged fees that I was not aware of. Please advise!!

Firstly, $2500 was approved to be paid this past week and your account will be monitored by our top manager to ensure things are kept on schedule with the remainder of your payments. These payments will be made in increments of $2500 each, with no fees being charged. Additionally, we will make the necessary adjustments, crediting your balance with the fees we'd already debited you.
