After playing at shadowbit casino for some time and playing almost daily often depositing up to $5000 per week I was from the outset receiving my withdrawals within 2 or 3 hours or sometimes sooner using the same method each time without any problems. I could chat with casino staff on live chat and was withdrawing up to 3 times a week.

After the first week they without notice dropped the withdrawal limit from $6000 to $750 which is Unreachable in my opinion especially when asked how would I withdraw a large sum to which I was told $750 a day.. After withdrawing multiple $750 lots all of a sudden my withdrawals now sit pending for some now 3 days which is odd due to the instant withdrawal method offered and the method I have always used. What makes it more frustrating is that I now cannot contact them via live chat all I get is a bot telling me they are unavailable this has been going on for the same time. If I use a different browser and go incognito to my surprise I get an operator who tells me it's my computer and to restart it... Unlikely... And when asked about my withdrawals they say they are being Processed and will receive them shortly with no further explanation. I am now owed $2250 and have more in my account I also want to withdraw. This all seems odd and only since I started withdrawing daily.

Unfortunately this has not been the case.

I have not been contacted by any means from Shadowbit and am still unable to contact support.

After 5 days of waiting and several withdrawl requests still "pending" when instant cashout was working perfectly fine up untill I started withdrawing regularly I did what I believe you and other casinos want is recalled the withdrawals and subsequently lost costing me somewhere in then vacinity of $4000nzd. Now if your withdrawal process worked as it had been I would have that money.. I think you should offer some preperation for as you say a very active (Many thousands per week) VIP.

Following a careful review and consideration of your case, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that, unfortunately, your complaint is not compliant with the AGCCS Guidelines, section Balance played off while waiting to be paid and, therefore, is being rejected. Please keep in mind that following all AGCCS Guidelines is mandatory.

Please keep in mind that while we could understand your frustration and disappointment of probably not being paid within the time frame specified by the operator, it is up to you to refrain from playing until the processing of your payment is being finalized accordingly. Instead, you kept playing and lost your balance subsequently which means that unfortunately, you will also lost the validity of you claim against the operator which led to rejection of the complaint.

And while we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind that in case of disagreement with our decision further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.
