Sent documents, 2x over they say not received
On 3/20/2015, I placed a bank wire withdrawal for $2,500. On 3/26/2015, my withdrawal was declined. On 3/27/2015, I contacted VegasStrip Casino Live Chat, and a Rep told me the reason why my withdrawal was denied is because i did not send in the account verification form, and other pertinent documents, etc. Well i sent my documents to VegasStrip numerous times, incorporated in these documents was my complete banking information to enable VegasStrip to send my winnings via Bank Wire as i requested. I sent all documents and banking into., to the following VegasStrip Casino email addresses: processing@vegasstripmail.com , support@casinosupportcenter.com , ccprocessing@casinosupportcenter.com , creditcards@casinosupportcenter.com A total of 7 days has passed and is wasted time. Since my withdrawal was denied, i have today on 3/27/2015, placed another withdrawal for the same amount $2,500 I enjoyed myself playing at VegasStrip Casino, but all of this not receiving document stuff is a bit frustraiting, and delaying the sending of my winnings. It would be unfair to have to wait through another pending period for my withdrawal.
