I already submitted this copmlaint but you rejected it because of lack of evidence so here I attach the email conversation showing that they only say they are verifying and never finish verifying.

I won 16000 at Royal Panda Casino in early October. The site asked me for my documents which I turned all in a long time ago. The site asked me for m y documents which I turned all in a long time ago. They keep saying they are doing verification. It has been a month and they do not pay me.
