Back in September I tried to withdraw £7000 from royal panda and had to raise a complaint as after submitting 17 different files for verification this was still not enough. It was eventually processed and I obtained my withdrawal.
I am now trying to make another withdrawal and once again I am having issues. Back in September I had submitted payslips, credit card statements, proof of other winnings, proof of sale of a property. How royal panda are again asking me to confirm source of funds. I have again submitted payslips, credit card statements and proof of other winnings and I am getting nowhere. I am concerned they are trying to drag out the process as the casino closes operations in the UK at the end of the month. I just want this matter resolved and my withdrawal processed.
