Hi team
Have been struggling with the royal panda verification process since over 2 weeks now. While I understand the importance of verification, the documents asked for have always been submitted on time. The team always comes back for more information time and again. This is becoming very frustrating now and difficult at the same time.
I really need help in knowing what am I missing here since I have obliged with everything they have asked for. The delay is impacting my withdrawal from royal panda which has been pending since over 2 weeks now.
Please I sincerely request help here with my verification closure and withdrawals thereof.

At Royal Panda, the safety of our players is our number one priority, which is why sometimes our verification department might ask our players for additional documents during the verification process.
After checking your account we've noticed that your documents have already been verified. We've sent you an email with confirmation yesterday in the afternoon.
Your withdrawals have also been processed this morning, so the funds should already be in your NETeller account.
