So I have been playing with Royal Panda for over a year a longstanding customer - already verified, I won £15,000 on Sunday now I requested this immediately, I was then contacted to request a copy of the card that was used and I sent it straight away along with other documents which weren’t requested but just so that I had covered all avenues. Now 24 hours later no response an withdrawal is still pending, I have rang and also been on live chat but I was told as it’s a high value withdrawal it has to be passed to a person higher up to verify, well why hasn’t this been done, I like Royal Panda but seems to be excuse after excuse when it comes to pay outs and timescales which long standing customers do not want. Can someone help

I just wanted to update the complaint as resolved my account was finally verified and I was paid an received within 24 hours.

Day 4, so today I was asked for further verification documents which I’ve sent, I spoke to Mathal this afternoon at Royal Panda via telephone who advised everything has been verified and I am now waiting on the payments team to send the payment within 24 hours.... I then spoke to Barbara on the chat who advised me as it’s a high amount you have to have special measures in place and refused to give me a timescale, why is one agent saying one thing and another telling me another. I have sent ALL documents requested and responded to every email instantly!! If you require further documents why not ask for them in one go rather than keep spreading them all out and taking days and days to reply? My account is now verified so can I yet again please ask when the withdrawal will be processed.
