Royal Panda Casino - Pending £53,000 withdrawal for over a week

I have been an avid and loyal Royal Panda user over past few months, my experience with the deposits and withdrawals has been very swift and I love the user interface of the website to play games. However my recent experience has left me in no man’s land.

Last week I won a little over 53,000 Pounds , I raised a request for the withdrawal in my skrill account , to my surprise I was asked for additional documents for verification inspite of my account being fully verified in the past. However I provided all the set of documents and my account was verified in 2 working days .

After that I was told , that they need to take conformation / get green light from gaming provider in order to process my withdrawal . I was told it would take anywhere between 1 - 3 working days . On the 3rd working day , I was told it will happen by end of week . Unfortunately nothing has happened till date and my withdrawal is still in pending . While I appreciate that they have responded to my emails and calls but all I have been asked to do is be patient. I am really uncertain as to what exactly is happening to my withdrawal and I need to know how much time it is going to take .

Our money gets instantly debited from the account , and while most of the times I have been on the loosing side , this one time legitimately I had good run and made some money and now I have been just going in circles chasing for my withdrawal . I urge for immediate assistance in order for my withdrawal to happen.

Royal Panda team , I hope you would consider this on priority and not disappoint your loyal player.

Hi ,

Yes it's resolved in a way however after all frustration I cancelled my winnings and eventually lost. Obviously here I am my own enemy but the online world of casinos explore this weakness and just keep delaying the payments in pretext of some formalities.

My account was always verified but the moment I won a decent amount, some new set of documents were asked and inspite of account again getting verified , I did not see funds for a week . Because of the payment structure , i do not think I will invest a substantial amount going forward.

Piece of advise - In order for a successful operation at some point the payments / withdrawals needs a quick turn around.
