Hi Team,
Its been 30days that i had initiated the amount withdrawal to my bank account and i am still awaiting the amount to be credited to my bank. I have made multiple withdrawals from 5th August to 6th August all through bank transfer.
I received emails from Royal Panda that my withdrawal has been accepted and the amount would be credited with in 1 to 5 working days.On 13th August i received a mail from Royal PAnda stating my withdrawal cant be completed due to incorrect bank details and they asked me for a bank statement which i provided them immediately.
On 14th August, i received another email stating my withdrawal is blocked and being investigated by the payment providers.
Since them i have been flowing up with Royal Panda, and only "Copy-Paste" reply i get them from is that my case is still being investigated.
They have not provided with a valid point on what is the issue that the withdrawal is blocked and what is being done to resolve it.

As your withdrawals have been reversed due to the bank’s policy, we recommend you to choose Skrill as your withdrawal method. Our customer service also notified you of it on the 7th September.

Hi,
I have received a part payment yesterday. I have been requesting your team to withdraw the process if it was taking long and credit the amount back to my playing account. I don't know if it was a coincident that as soon as i posted this complaint here, the reversal was done.
AskGambler, i would like to confirm that i have received 162000INR yesterday to my playing account.
I am still waiting for 8000INR to be credited back to my playing account.
