I made a withdraw of 15700€ at Royal Panda Casino on 14th of November 2018. The winnings are from live roulette. I've sent all requested identity/credit card proval documents and those documents have been verified already some weeks ago. I've received already a winning of 15000€ from them, and that withdraw was processed within 24 hours as Royal Panda Casino promises. The processing of the new 15700€ withdraw has been delayed and delayed, until I got a message by email saying that it will be processed on monday 19th. I think it will be delayed again. Please help!
